• Click "Recover account."
• If your credentials have been previously saved, select "Recover Account" on the login page
• Choose "Forgot your password."
• Input your phone number
• Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email address
• If you are prompted to undergo a facial verification, please complete this step
• Once successful, create a new password and click "Continue" to finish the password reset process
