- Safeguard Your Credentials: As a LemFi user, you are advised to keep your credentials private, which include but are not limited to personal email, PIN, password details, and OTP.
- Secure Your Personal Details: LemFi will never ask you to share sensitive information, such as your password, full card digits, PIN, or CVV on the back of your card. Please endeavor to not share these with anyone, including close relatives or others, as doing so exposes you to a security breach.
- Engage LemFi Social Media Accounts: Always cross-check the handles of accounts interacting with you on social media, as LemFi’s official handle is @uselemfi across the board.
- Avoid Unverified Email Links: Do not contact unverified channels nor click unverified links, as LemFi will only contact you through verified means. Note that transactions are only performed on the LemFi app, which is available on Google Play and App Store. As such, do not enter your login details on unrecognized links, as accessing your account is only done through the app.
- Report Suspicious Activity: If you see any strange activity on your LemFi account, kindly reset your password and report your findings to support@lemfi.com to ensure the safety and security of your account.
