What happens to my LemFi Cash if a transfer is refunded?

If a transfer you used LemFi Cash on gets refunded, your credit comes back.

What this means

• The exact amount you spent is restored to the same coupons it came from
• If only part of your transfer is refunded, your LemFi Cash is restored proportionally
• A refund cannot convert LemFi Cash into withdrawable cash — it remains as credit in your wallet

What to expect

• Restored LemFi Cash will appear in your wallet once the refund is processed
• You'll see the updated expiry date for any returned promotional credit
