Does my LemFi Cash expire?

It depends on how you earned it.

LemFi Points Migration-related LemFi Cash — never expires. Credit converted from LemFi Points stays in your wallet indefinitely. There's no deadline to use it.

Referral and Promotional LemFi Cash — does expire. LemFi Cash awarded through marketing campaigns, special offers, or win-back promotions usually comes with an expiry date. This will be clearly shown in your wallet alongside the credit.

What this means

• When you have both expiring and non-expiring LemFi Cash, the expiring credit is always used first — so you never accidentally waste a permanent balance
• Once promotional LemFi Cash expires, it's removed from your wallet and cannot be reactivated
• Your wallet shows each credit, its source, and its expiry date (or "No expiry" where applicable)

What to expect

• You'll be able to see which of your LemFi Cash balances has an expiry before making a transfer
• Expired credit is not recoverable — if you have promotional LemFi Cash, make sure to use it before the expiry date shown
