How do I use my LemFi Cash?

Using your rewards is completely seamless. When you initiate an eligible cross-border transfer, your LemFi Cash balance is automatically applied to boost your transfer value. You will always see the exact boost amount on your screen before you confirm the transaction.

What this means

1. This is applicable only to international transfers from your home currency (e.g., a GBP  transfer to Africa, Asia and other cross-border countries)
2. The precise boost amount is dynamically calculated based on the real-time exchange rate of your recipient's currency.
3. Same-currency transfers (e.g., a GBP to GBP) are not eligible for LemFi Cash.

What you should do

1. Go to the final transfer summary screen before confirming.
2. Check the displayed LemFi Cash discount to confirm the final amount.
3. There are no buttons to toggle or settings to turn on; eligible credits apply themselves automatically.
4. Your transaction receipt will clearly break down the original transfer amount, your LemFi Cash discount, and your final total paid.
5. If you hold multiple separate LemFi Cash credits, the system automatically uses the credit closest to its expiration date first.
