There are a few reasons LemFi Cash may not have been applied:
What this means
- The transfer may not be eligible. LemFi Cash only applies to cross-border transfers funded in your home currency. Same-currency transfers and transfers funded from a different currency balance are not eligible.
- Your wallet balance may be zero. Check your wallet to confirm you have available credit.
- The transfer may have been below the minimum amount required for a discount on your recipient currency.
What you should do
- Check your wallet balance in the app
- Confirm your transfer was a cross-border send funded in your home currency
- If you believe all conditions were met and your LemFi Cash wasn't applied, contact us via the in-app Help section
What to expect
- If a discount applies, it will always be shown on the transfer summary before you confirm. If it's not shown there, LemFi Cash was not applicable to that transfer.
