While we note that a user may feel reluctant to share concerns in vulnerable situations, LemFI offers various means of communication, thus allowing a range of 24/7 support in these moments. The following channels should be used to contact our dedicated team:
- Email: Raise a request directly from the LemFi app or Contact Form
- In-App Chat: Simply click “Help and Support" on the Settings options, select “Visit Help Centre” and continue with the chat icon displayed
- Phone: Various dedicated call lines are listed on the Contact Us page
LemFi may render other forms of assistance depending on the customer's requirement — these may include (but are not limited to):
- Written communication in multiple languages upon request
- Calmer communication pace, especially for sensitive topics
- A continuous point of contact, where appropriate
