Change my phone number

Updating Your Phone Number on LemFi requires you to provide your old phone number and the new phone number. Please ensure you have access to your old phone number for verification and be prepared to verify your identity.

Follow the steps below to change your phone number:

• Open the LemFi app and select "Login."
• Click "Recover account."
• If your credentials have been previously saved, select "Recover Account" on the login page
• Choose "Change Your Phone Number"
• Input your registered phone number
• Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your mail
• You will be requested to complete a facial verification
• Once successful, fill the box displayed with your preferred phone number
• A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your new phone number
• Input the OTP, and your phone number will be updated on your LemFi profile
