What you should do
If you are unable to access your account because you forgot your password,
Open the LemFi app and select "Log In."
- Open the LemFi app and select "Log In."
- 'Click "Recover account."
- If your credentials have been previously saved, select "Recover Account" on the login page
- Choose "Forgot your password."
- Follow the steps as displayed on the app
If you are able to access your account, you can change your password and transaction PIN;
- Click the profile icon at the top-left corner of the page
- Select “Security and privacy."
- Click "Change Password"
- Enter your new password and click on "Continue."
What to expect
You’ll need to verify your identity as part of the resetting process if you are unable to access your account
