How do I sign up?

To sign up for LemFi, you must download the official app and complete the registration process using a valid identity document. 
 

What this means

• You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Australia, Canada, the UK, the USA, or an eligible European country. 
• Download the App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• We do not have a desktop version; you should have a compatible Android OS 6.0 or higher or iOS 14.0 or higher device. 
• Enter your personal details, such as your legal name, residential address, active email, and a phone number from a supported region.
• Verify your email and check your inbox for a validation prompt to secure your account.
• Complete your identity verification by following the in-app prompts to upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID and take a selfie to match your document. 

Important to know

The documents you can use depend on your country of residence:

• United Kingdom: U.K. International Passport or Driver’s License.
• United States: U.S. Passport, Driver’s License, Resident Permit, or Government ID.
• Canada: Canadian Passport, Driver’s License, Provincial ID, or Resident Permit.
• Europe: A passport, residence permit, or driver's license from an eligible European country.

If you lack local documents, you can often use your home country's International Passport.

Account setup usually takes a few minutes, but verification may take longer. If you run into issues, contact support.
