Some LemFi Cash expires. Each amount shows its expiry date in the app.
What this means
It depends on where your LemFi Cash came from:
- LemFi Points you had before: never expire
- Referrals and promotions: usually expire. The expiry date is shown next to the amount
- Eligible transfers: never expire
When you have both, we use the LemFi Cash that expires first, so you don’t lose any.
What you should do
- Tap the LemFi Cash card on the home screen
- Tap the "Activity" button on the top right.
- Check the expiry date next to each amount
- Use any LemFi Cash that’s about to expire on your next eligible transfer
What to expect
Once LemFi Cash expires, it’s removed from your LemFi Cash balance and can’t be brought back.
