As a verified customer, this can happen for a few reasons:
- The credit bureau may not be able to match your details straight away
- Your personal details, such as your name, date of birth, or address history, may not exactly match bureau records.
Please check that your details in the app are correct. If the issue continues, contact our support team.
Important to know
If you spot an error on your credit file, such as an account that does not belong to you, you will need to raise a dispute directly with Equifax. We provide links in the app to help you do this.
