The Bangladesh government solely determines the eligibility and classification of transactions for this incentive.

Europe

Customers in Europe can initiate transfers using their linked debit card or bank account (where available). 
 

At this time, European customers do not have wallets. As a result, if a transaction is unsuccessful, the refund will automatically be returned to the originating payment account used.
 

The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the account depends on the payment method:

• Debit card refunds: 3–5 business days
• Bank account refunds: 1–2 business days
