Entering incorrect recipient details on the LemFi app can delay, reject, or send the transaction to the wrong person. LemFi is generally not liable for losses due to incorrect information, but you should contact support via the app's help center, email, or telephone immediately to initiate an investigation.
If the transfer is still processing
You may be able to request a cancellation. While LemFi will attempt to help, recovery is not guaranteed. LemFi may take up to 10–45 business days to investigate errors.
If the transfer is completed
The money has already been sent to your recipient’s account.
In this case, you can:
- request a recall
- contact your recipient (if possible)

We can’t guarantee that the funds can be recovered, as the outcome depends on your recipient’s bank. We may be unable to initiate a recall for certain transactions depending on the transfer amount and the receiving country. Recall eligibility varies by destination and transaction value.
