Each time you send money, you are required to enter your PIN to authorize the transaction. This ensures that even if someone gains access to your phone, they cannot move your funds without the PIN. The PIN acts as an extra layer of security beyond your login credentials, safeguarding your account against unauthorized access and potential theft.
What you should do
If you have completed your verification process, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account
- Click the profile icon at the top-left corner of the page
- Select "Security and Privacy"
- Click "Change Transaction Pin"
- If you are prompted to undergo a facial verification, please click "Continue" and complete this step
- Once successful, enter your new PIN and confirm accordingly
- Once completed, your transaction pin will be updated successfully.
If you have yet to complete your verification process, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your LemFi account.
- Click on the profile icon located in the top-left corner of the page.
- Select "Security and Privacy."
- Click on "Transaction PIN."
- Choose "Change Transaction PIN."
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered email address.
- Click "Continue."
- Enter the OTP sent to your phone number.
- Click "Continue."
- Enter your new PIN and confirm it.
