How do I close my account?

If you wish to close your account, we will be sad to lose you as a customer and hope we can resolve any dissatisfaction you may have experienced. 
 

What this means

Closing your account will stop all activity and access. Withdraw any remaining balance from your LemFi wallet, then request account closure. LemFi is required to retain certain data for legal, regulatory, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can stop using the service at any time, and we may require you to confirm the deletion. If you have unresolved claims or disputes, you may be unable to delete the account.
