LemFi transfers are usually successful in seconds. However, in rare situations where there is a problem communicating with the recipient's bank, a transfer may linger in the "In-progress" status for more than few minutes.
Rather than setting the transfer to fail in this situation, our systems will keep retrying the transaction across different channels until all alternatives have been exhausted and it fails.
Please keep in mind that the "In-progress" status isn't final, as the transfer's status will eventually be altered to "Successful" or "Failed" on the app.
