We know it’s important to know where your money is. You can easily check the status of your transfer in the app.
How to track your transfer
- Open the app
- Go to Transactions
- Select the transfer
You’ll see one of the following statuses:
- In Progress– your transfer is still on the way
- Completed – the money has been sent to your recipient’s bank
- Failed – the transfer didn’t go through
What to expect
Most transfers are completed within the estimated delivery time provided at the time of the transfer.
If your transfer is marked as completed but your recipient has not received it yet, it is likely still being processed by their bank. This issue is usually resolved within 24 hours.
