If your recipient hasn’t received the money, the first step is to check the status of your transfer on the app.
Step 1: Check the status
You can check your transaction status by logging in to your LemFi account.
- Tap "Transactions" at the bottom of the home screen.
- Select the transaction you want to check
- You will see the current status of your transaction
In Progress→ the transfer is still on the way
Completed → the money has been sent
If your transfer is completed
If your transfer is marked as completed but your recipient has not received it yet, it is likely still being processed by their bank. This is usually resolved within 24 hours.
Ask your recipient to:
- Check their account again
- Check pending transactions
- Contact their bank if needed
Other possible reasons
- Delays at the receiving bank
- Incorrect recipient details
- Temporary bank downtime
