How do I use my points?

Your accumulated points serve as a discount and allow you to save on international transfers. To use these points, the minimum value must amount to 1 GBP/CAD/USD. This means that rewards less than 1 GBP/CAD/USD will not be applied towards a transaction.

What this means

• Points act as a discount when sending money.
• You can only use points once they reach a minimum value of £1 or equivalent (i.e., 100 points equals £1, $1, CAD, or EUR).
   

What you should do

Simply follow the steps outlined in applying your accumulated points on a transfer:

• Log into the LemFi app and click “Send Money” on the homepage
• Select the appropriate country and currency of your beneficiary
• Input the amount that you want to send; you must send at least 1 GBP
• If your accumulated points are valued at an amount of 1 GBP/USD/EUR/CAD or above, a notification will be displayed
• Select the toggle "Save ...GBP/USD/EUR/CAD with your points" on the same page
• Click "Continue"
• Select payment method and input the correct details of the receiver
• Click "Confirm" to proceed and verify the details of the transaction and beneficiary again
• Select "Send Money"
• The recipient will receive the funds in their account shortly after
