How do I earn Reward points?

You can earn LemFi reward points by making international money transfers of at least 50 CAD, 50 GBP or 50 USD. Points are accumulated for future transfers, with a redemption value of 100 points = $1, and they can be viewed directly in the LemFi app. Currently, only users in Australia and Europe do not earn points.

What this means

Points are awarded when:

• You complete qualifying international transfers valued at least 50 CAD, 50 GBP or 50 USD.

Presently, reward points are not awarded when:

• You carry out international money transfers from Australia and Europe.
• You complete a transfer transaction valued at 49.99 GBP/CAD/USD or less.
• You complete the qualifying transaction fully with points, i.e., a transfer is paid entirely with points, with no credit from other payment methods.
• You carried out currency conversions between wallets. Points are earned only on eligible international transfers, not on currency exchange activities.

The number of points earned will depend on:

• the transfer amount (a minimum of 50 CAD/GBP/USD)
• the destination country

What you should do

Make a transfer and check if points are available before confirming. Upon completion of your qualifying transaction, you can view your points in the in-app “My accounts” > swipe left on the wallets “Rewards”.

• Expected points will be shown in the app before you send money.
• Rewards are credited to your account after successful qualifying transactions.
