What happened to my LemFi Points?

Your LemFi Points have moved into your LemFi Cash Balance. You don’t need to do anything.

What this means

Your LemFi Points are changed to LemFi Cash automatically:

  • Every 100 points becomes 1 in your home currency (£1, $1 USD, $1 CAD, €1, or $1 AUD)
  • They show as one amount in your LemFi Cash Balance
  • This LemFi Cash never expires, and there’s no limit on how much you can use on a transfer

Nothing is lost. Even a small number of points is moved across.

What you should do

  1. Update the LemFi app to the latest version
  2. Tap the LemFi Cash card on the home screen to see your LemFi Cash

What to expect

If the amount is below the minimum you need for a boost, it stays in your LemFi Cash Balance. It adds to any LemFi Cash you earn later.

If your points haven’t appeared after you’ve updated the app, contact support in the app.
