You can remove a currency from the Accounts section in the LemFi app. The balance on the currency account needs to be at 0.00 first.
What this means
Removing a currency account takes it off your Accounts screen. You can only remove ones that have no money in them. You cannot remove the currency account of your sign-up country.
What you should do
- Sign in to the LemFi app
- Tap "Accounts"
- Tap the settings icon in the top right corner
- Tap "Remove currency"
- Choose the currency you want to remove
- Tap "Remove"
What to expect
If the balance isn’t at 0.00, the Remove button is greyed out, and you can’t tap it. Move or spend the money in that balance first, then try again.
Next steps
Once it’s removed, that currency no longer shows in Accounts. If the Remove button stays greyed out after your balance reaches 0.00, contact support in the app.
