If your LemFi Cash hasn't appeared, your friend's qualifying transfer may not have been completed yet.
What this means
Your referral LemFi Cash is released when your friend completes the following:
- Signed up using your referral code or link
- Completed a single qualifying cross-border transfer above the minimum amount for their country
LemFi Cash will be available only once those steps are both complete. The bonus is not triggered by sign-up alone.
What you should do
- Check that your friend used your code at sign-up or at the referrals section in-app.
- Ask your friend to confirm they've completed a qualifying transfer, not just added money to their account
- If all steps are complete and you still haven't received it, contact us via the in-app Help section
What to expect
- If everything checks out, your LemFi Cash will appear automatically
- Bonus payments aren't instant in all cases — allow a short period after your friend's transfer completes
