Why is my deposit taking time?

If your deposit is taking longer than expected, it may still be processing.
 

What this means

Processing times depend on:

• The payment method used
• the sending bank’s processing time
   

If your bank has already deducted the money, but it hasn’t appeared in your account yet, it’s usually still being processed.
 

What you should do

• Check your payment status in the app
• Allow extra time if the payment was made outside working hours

What to expect

• Some deposits are instant
• Others may take 24 hours to be credited.
