You likely didn't receive your LemFi bonus because the referral requirements weren't fully met: the invitee must verify their account and complete a single qualifying transfer (usually 100 GBP, 100 USD, or 100 CAD). The bonus is paid only on the first transaction and must be to a supported country.

- The invitee did not complete KYC/account verification.
- The transfer was less than the required amount (e.g., 100 GBP, 100 USD or 100 CAD).
- The bonus is only for the first transfer made by the invited person.
- Account issues or breach of LemFi’s Terms of Service.
What you should do
- Verify that your account and the friend's account are fully verified.
- Ensure your friend used the correct link.
- Contact LemFi support.
- Use the in-app "Help" section to report the missing bonus
What to expect
If all conditions are met, your bonus should be credited automatically. However, if you are yet to receive it after all conditions have been met, please contact us.
