Transfer Funds from my GBP Wallet

You can send money from your GBP wallet to a recipient by following these instructions:

- To a Nigeria

1. Click on “Send money” 
2. Choose GBP and NGN as the primary and secondary currency respectively
3. Add a note (if necessary) and click on "Continue"
4. Select the option to send to a bank account
5. Click "New beneficiary", input the account details and click on "Continue"
6. Verify the information and send
7. Your beneficiary will receive the funds within minutes

- To a UK bank

1. Click on “Send money” 
2. Choose GBP and GBP as the primary and secondary currency respectively
3. Add a note (if necessary) and click on "Continue"
4. Select the option to send to a bank account
5. Click "New beneficiary", input the account details and click on "Continue"
6. Verify the information and send
7. Your beneficiary will receive the funds within minutes

- To Kenya (mPesa)

1. Click on “Send money” 
2. Choose GBP and KES as the primary and secondary currency respectively
3. Add a note (if necessary) and click on "Continue"
4. Select the option to send to mobile money
5. Enable access to your contacts and enter the recipient's details correctly (first and last name, mobile money operator and phone number)
6. Verify the information and send
7. Your beneficiary will receive the funds within minutes

- To Ghana 

1. Click on “Send money” 
2. Choose GBP and GHS as the primary and secondary currency respectively
3. Add a note (if necessary) and click on the send button
4. Select payment method (bank account or mobile money)
5. For bank account, click "New beneficiary", input the account details and click on "Continue"
6. For mobile money, enable access to your contacts and enter the recipient's details correctly (first and last name, mobile money operator and phone number)
7. Verify the information and send
8. Your beneficiary will receive the funds within minutes

To Other African Countries (Senegal, Rwanda, Uganda etc.)

1. Click on “Send money” 
2. Choose GBP as the primary currency and the country you wish to send funds to as the secondary currency
3. Add a note (if necessary) and click on the "Continue" button
4. Select payment method according to the displayed options (bank account, mobile money, UPI etc.)
5. For bank account, click "New beneficiary", input the account details and click on "Continue"
6. For mobile money, enable access to your contacts and enter the recipient's details correctly (first and last name, mobile money operator and phone number)
7. Verify the information and send
8. Your beneficiary will receive the funds within minutes

- To Non-African Countries (China, India, Pakistan etc.)

1. Click on “Send money” 
2. Choose GBP as the primary currency and the country you wish to send funds to as the secondary currency
3. Add a note (if necessary) and click on the "Continue" button
4. Select payment method according to the displayed options (bank account, mobile money, UPI etc.)
5. For bank account, click "New beneficiary", input the account details and click on "Continue"
6. For mobile money, enable access to your contacts and enter the recipient's details correctly (first and last name, phone number, account number etc.)
7. Verify the information and send
8. Your beneficiary will receive the funds within minutes
